Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage the end‑to‑end operations of a large‑scale supply chain. The role will develop and implement supply chain strategies, ensure operational excellence, optimise processes and drive cross‑functional collaboration in line with business objectives and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, import/export, customs, warehousing, inventory, distribution and production planning.
• Oversee multiple logistics and distribution centres to ensure seamless operations, optimal inventory levels, product availability, cost efficiency and high service levels.
• Develop material and supply planning strategies aligned with production requirements, demand forecasts, lead times and inventory targets.
• Analyse inventory levels, consumption trends and goods in transit to ensure accurate material requirements and uninterrupted production.
• Lead supplier management, including selection, performance evaluation and commercial negotiations in collaboration with Procurement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years senior management experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced verbal and written English skills and strong interpersonal communication.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Flexibility to work adaptable hours without travel constraints.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) system proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office applications.
