Supply Chain Planning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our head‑office team in the Food & Beverage Services sector. The role focuses on ensuring seamless production and logistics operations, aligning inventory and production plans with demand forecasts and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted execution of production and logistics processes.
• Develop and adjust production and inventory plans based on demand forecasts and sales plans.
• Coordinate demand forecasts, order management, and communication between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor warehouse activities (receiving, shelving, picking, shipping, returns) and propose improvement actions.
• Manage reporting through ERP and planning/warehouse management systems.
• Conduct cost analyses, recommend optimization measures, and support audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards in all logistics operations.
• Analyze planning issues, develop solutions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, services or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of planning, demand forecasting, production planning, warehouse management, and process development.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
