Supply Planning Executive

About the role

As a Supply Planning Executive at METRO Türkiye, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales and supply planning activities to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability across our stores. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, leveraging advanced planning tools to drive efficiency and support the company’s commitment to sustainability and culinary heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand and supply processes for Central Ordering products and suppliers.
• Determine accurate order quantities using Order Management Systems and stakeholder collaboration.
• Evaluate ordering criteria that impact demand planning and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee ordering actions that support in‑store stock management.
• Lead demand forecasting analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilise forecasting tools and systems efficiently to enhance accuracy.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects with strong communication and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in central ordering management processes for stores.
• Proficiency with Order Management Systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical thinking and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English, both written and spoken.
