Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Hayat Kimya is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of short‑ and long‑term production plans for its chemical product portfolio. The role ensures optimal stock levels, aligns material requirements with forecast and customer orders, and supports the S&OP process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and continuously update production plans based on budget, forecast, and customer orders using SAP PPDS, IBP and other planning tools.
• Calculate material requirements considering raw material and packaging specifications, machine capacities, warehouse stock, holidays, weather, transportation and seasonal factors.
• Identify capacity, personnel, procurement and other constraints that could affect plans and implement corrective actions.
• Generate purchase requests in SAP and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Monitor and improve supply‑planning KPIs such as stock‑days, excess inventory, and stock‑out ratios.
• Support S&OP meetings, provide accurate data, and ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Participate in cost‑reduction projects and new‑product studies, supplying necessary raw material and packaging information.
• Assist SAP production and material‑management module upgrades, and generate reports from SAP, BO and BW systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain production planning, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
• University degree in engineering.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and experience managing supply reviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Focus on quality, continuous improvement and KPI‑driven performance.
• Fluent English.
