About the role

Cencora is looking for a reliable driver to execute pickup and delivery activities for assigned shipments. You will ensure timely, safe transport of materials, products, and medical samples while adhering to handling, documentation, and temperature control requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pickup and delivery of shipments according to schedule and documentation standards.
• Verify shipment details, obtain required signatures or proof of delivery, and keep accurate transport records.
• Transport materials, products, and medical samples following route plans, temperature controls, and transportation regulations.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and exceptions to support timely issue resolution.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and labeling to protect shipment integrity.
• Monitor vehicle condition and packaging supplies, escalating maintenance or stock shortages as needed.
• Support specialized transport activities such as transfer‑point, airport, hand‑to‑hand, and adjusted schedule assignments.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, courier operations, delivery services, or a related field.
• Certification in dangerous goods awareness, licensure for the applicable vehicle class, and cold‑chain handling certification.
