System Administration Lead

About the role

Entek Elektrik, part of Koç Holding, is looking for a System Administration Lead to support its renewable energy operations and drive its green‑energy agenda. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing management of Windows‑based and Microsoft cloud infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Install, administer, maintain and monitor Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificate services and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Oversee Azure, Intune and SCCM/MECM for device inventory, configuration, application deployment and patch compliance.
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, SSO and Microsoft Defender endpoint security solutions.
• Analyse system incidents, identify root causes and develop permanent fixes while ensuring performance, availability and security.
• Provide remote and on‑site support across multiple locations and contribute to backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and infrastructure administration, especially Windows Server and Microsoft cloud services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in technical English.

• Networking fundamentals (firewall, switch, router, LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, ITIL processes, ISO 27001.
