System & Network Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a System & Network Support Engineer to join M+ TECHNOLOGY in Ankara. The successful candidate will ensure the continuity and reliability of our IT infrastructure, covering servers, network devices and security solutions for both local and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Windows server environments, including domain and security management.
• Administer cloud and virtualization platforms to support business applications.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network security appliances such as firewalls, web and mail gateways, and load balancers.
• Manage routing and switching equipment, ensuring optimal network performance.
• Implement and oversee backup solutions and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support and night‑shift coverage as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work night shifts and quickly adapt to new technologies.

Required skills

• Windows Server administration and domain management.
• Windows security configuration.
• Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Network security devices: firewalls, web gateways, mail gateways, load balancers.
• Routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Backup software and disaster‑recovery tools.
• Professional certifications such as MCSA or MCSE.
