Talent Acquisition and Management Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Management Executive to join our Global Human Resources Directorate. Based in Altunizade, Istanbul, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment and talent development initiatives for a worldwide organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Define job descriptions and competency frameworks in partnership with hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment analytics and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Design and execute global talent management processes, including talent identification, succession planning, career roadmaps, and rotation programs.
• Oversee assessment and development centre programmes, selecting vendors and establishing standards.
• Support global HR projects such as EVP, purpose definition, and internal communication strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or MA) degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or similar HR roles.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
