Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Çalık Holding is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior‑level and critical hiring across the Group, while establishing recruitment standards, policies and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and critical positions across the Group.
• Act as the Group Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, defining recruitment policies, processes and best practices.
• Strengthen recruitment capabilities through tools, methodologies and knowledge sharing.
• Drive hiring quality, consistency and improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Define, monitor and improve Talent Acquisition KPIs at Group level.
• Develop and promote the Group Employer Brand.
• Explore AI‑enabled and digital recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, combining hands‑on recruitment with process development.
• Proven track record recruiting senior and critical positions.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally, designing Group‑wide standards.
• Experience improving recruitment processes, policies, KPIs and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Data‑driven mindset to turn metrics into insights.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
