Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global Recruitment)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and result‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our HR team. In this role you will identify, attract and hire top talent for our global digital‑marketing business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channel options.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills qualitatively.
• Partner with hiring managers to select the best fit for each role.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities.
• Share new ideas and process improvements with other teams.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to optimise recruitment processes and output quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; US market experience is a plus.
• Proven track record closing C‑level positions.
• Data‑driven approach using ATS, task‑tracking and reporting tools.
• Proactive attitude toward leveraging AI and automation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
