Talent Development & Employer Branding Leader

About the role

Çimentaş is seeking an experienced Talent Development & Employer Branding Leader to shape and deliver the company’s talent development, learning, employer branding and internal communication agenda in line with business strategy and group HR frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify capability needs and translate them into structured development priorities.
• Design and implement leadership, mentoring, coaching, career development and capability‑building programs.
• Develop career paths, competency frameworks and tools for critical technical and leadership pipelines.
• Coordinate group development programs locally, manage the annual learning budget and oversee talent acquisition initiatives such as graduate and internship programs.
• Execute the employer branding roadmap, strengthen brand presence on social media and digital platforms, and drive employee ambassadorship.
• Develop and manage internal communication through digital platforms, events, webinars and engagement activities.
• Support HR process improvement and digitalisation projects using data analytics, AI and modern HR technologies.
• Act as HR Business Partner for a designated function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Employer Branding.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project leadership, team coordination or people management.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
