Technical Inspection Manager (Electrical & Automation)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Inspection Manager (Electrical & Automation) to join our Operational Excellence team at the head office in Kağıthane, Istanbul. You will lead technical audits and inspections across our power generation assets, ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute technical audits of electrical generation, transmission, distribution, automation and control systems.
• Evaluate equipment condition, assess preventive and predictive maintenance programs and produce detailed technical reports.
• Develop engineering solutions and continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost system reliability and asset performance.
• Lead root‑cause analysis investigations and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare executive‑level audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maritime, power generation, shipbuilding or industrial sectors.
• Proven expertise in medium‑ and high‑voltage electrical systems, power distribution and generator protection.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA and industrial automation.
• Fluent English (Upper‑Intermediate B2) and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
