About the role

The Technical Project Associate will support the technical coordination and follow‑up of activities carried out within the Presidency of Migration Management (PMM) and ensure timely flow of information between PMM, UNDP and relevant institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, implementation and follow‑up of PMM activities in line with the project document and annual work plans.
  • Collect, consolidate and align technical inputs from PMM units for project outputs, ensuring reports, guidelines and tools meet institutional priorities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for meetings, workshops, trainings, field visits and other events.
  • Maintain project documentation, correspondence and records in accordance with institutional procedures and confidentiality principles.
  • Support the design, implementation, monitoring and reporting of social cohesion activities at central and provincial levels.
  • Assist with field‑level research, outreach and monitoring to generate evidence on migration management, social cohesion and labour market access.
