Technical Project Manager

About the role

Rapsodo is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end product delivery of its data‑driven sports analytics solutions. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high‑quality software releases in a fast‑paced, AI‑enhanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full product delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects meet timelines and proactively removing bottlenecks.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to support planning, documentation, risk analysis, and team productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high‑quality software products.
• Facilitate planning, execution, and iterative development while keeping teams aligned on priorities.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and priorities to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, development practices, and AI‑supported ways of working.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration and a culture of ownership, efficiency, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, engineering, product management, or a similar role within software development.
• Strong understanding of software development processes for web, mobile, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in fast‑changing environments, taking ownership and driving execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
