Technical Specialist – Apple Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers while generating excitement for Apple products and services. The role involves delivering exceptional service and empowering customers to get the most out of their Apple devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues using empathy and available tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for selected Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting product recommendations, and educating on purchase options.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including supporting customer‑facing activities on or off the sales floor.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate customer service issues with care.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and balance multiple tasks.
