About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote support for hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot incidents on HPE technologies, manage cases efficiently, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior team members, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Document case summaries and resolutions in HPE’s Knowledge Management System.
• Identify recurring issues, share knowledge, and contribute to prevention strategies.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international, remote‑first environment and handle pressure.
• Collaborative team player eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic server hardware and computer architecture, HPE ProLiant technologies.
• Linux fundamentals, especially Red Hat or Suse environments.
• Virtualisation concepts such as VMware, HPE VME or Simplivity.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, general network troubleshooting.
• Storage fundamentals: RAID, SAN, basic data storage concepts.
• Understanding of backup and recovery concepts.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
• Awareness of cloud, hybrid cloud or container technologies.
