Technical Team Lead - .NET Backend

About the role

The company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to work on existing and new R&D projects. The role focuses on building fast, efficient and scalable cloud-based enterprise back-ends, delivering high-quality code and collaborating with software architects, product owners and dev leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based enterprise back-ends and write code that is delivered continuously
• Partner with architects, product owners and dev leads to implement solid technical designs
• Solve complex problems in large-scale backend infrastructure and develop cross-platform solutions
• Contribute to open-source projects and build reusable code and libraries
• Write unit tests with high code coverage
• Take part in Scrum meetings, code reviews and peer programming, and give constructive feedback to peers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or proven self-trained engineering skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development
• Experience in technical team management
• Living in or willing to live in the Anatolian side of Istanbul; no military obligation for male candidates

Required skills

• .NET Core 5.0 or above, Web API, C#, Entity Framework Core and MS SQL
• Networking, distributed systems and cloud technologies
• Relational database design with MS SQL Server and other databases
• Enterprise patterns such as DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing and microservices
• REST, OpenAPI, OAuth, JWT and ORM
• Android mobile development (Kotlin, Android Studio, Android SDK)
• Preferred: Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Go, Node.js, Azure/AWS/GCP
