Technical Yarn Production Executive

About the role

AKSA is seeking a Technical Yarn Production Executive to lead the new Aksafil Technical Yarn factory in Yalova. The role oversees all aspects of technical yarn manufacturing, from raw‑material planning to final product delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end technical yarn production processes.
• Allocate raw materials, human resources and machine capacity to meet production targets.
• Conduct continuous‑improvement studies to boost efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop, monitor and lead production teams, ensuring high performance.
• Identify and resolve production‑process issues quickly and sustainably.
• Integrate new technologies, processes and methods into the factory.
• Optimize cost, quality and delivery performance in line with company objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate of Textile Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in yarn production, especially short‑fiber, ring‑spinning and technical yarns.
• Proven managerial experience in production planning and team leadership.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally without restriction.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Yalova, Gölcük or nearby areas.
