Telefonla Satış Görevlisi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telefonla Satış Görevlisi to join Cencora’s inside‑sales team. In this position you will support the sales process by contacting prospects, following up leads and ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inside‑sales tasks such as lead follow‑up, customer outreach and opportunity updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting interactions and keeping audit‑ready work artifacts.
• Follow standard operating procedures, scripts and templates to ensure consistent quality.
• Communicate status updates within the team and escalate blockers through defined channels.
• Identify and correct data or documentation gaps, providing clear notes when escalation is required.
• Use standard tools, checklists and reports to validate records and support handoffs.
• Participate in training, shadowing and feedback sessions to improve sales proficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management or business development.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISP, CSAM, CPSL) are a plus.
• Strong ability to build cooperative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and exercising sound judgment.
• Clear presentation and communication skills.
