About the role

As a Telefonla Satış Görevlisi (Telephone Sales Officer) you will join Cencora’s inside‑sales team, supporting the company’s mission to improve health outcomes for people and animals. You will work with established procedures to engage prospects, follow up leads and keep sales data accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inside‑sales activities such as lead follow‑up, customer outreach, opportunity updates and sales‑support tasks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting interactions and ensuring audit‑ready work artifacts.
• Execute tasks according to SOPs, approved scripts and templates, following quality standards.
• Communicate status updates within the team and escalate blockers or exceptions through defined channels.
• Identify and correct data or documentation gaps, escalating unresolved issues with clear notes.
• Use standard tools, checklists and reports to validate records and support handoffs across functions.
• Participate in training, shadowing and feedback sessions to improve inside‑sales proficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, business development or a related area.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISP, CSAM, CPSL, 340B fundamentals) are preferred.
• Strong ability to build cooperative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment and present information clearly.
