Telesales Representative – Full‑time

About the role

Dentakay is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join its Istanbul team. You will be the first point of contact for international patients, presenting dental care offers and guiding prospects through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads via phone to present Dentakay’s dental treatment packages.
• Generate interest, answer questions, and overcome objections.
• Negotiate and secure commitments, converting prospects into patients.
• Maintain detailed interaction records and track follow‑up activities.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities after purchase.

Required profile

• Experience in medical consulting, telesales, translation, or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare or a related field.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Basic sales and customer‑service competence.
