Telesales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Telesales Lead to manage and enhance our telesales operations by leading a high‑performing team, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies that improve efficiency and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing telesales team, driving productivity through KPI‑based management and regular 1:1s.
• Develop and execute segment‑based sales strategies, manage the sales funnel with data‑driven insights, and partner with the Sales Director on budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships, implement retention and loyalty programs, and resolve post‑sales issues.
• Leverage CRM data and performance reports to track activities, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Design and implement sales rituals, operational processes, and sales‑enablement practices to improve team efficiency and conversion rates.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, CX, and Finance teams, presenting strategic updates and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 6‑7+ years of sales experience with consistent target achievement.
• 5+ years of team management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, make data‑driven decisions, and manage stakeholder relationships.
