About the role
Koç University invites applications from outstanding scientists for open‑rank, tenure‑track faculty positions in neuroscience. The appointment will be made in an appropriate home department and may include joint affiliations to support interdisciplinary research.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain an independent, externally funded research program in systems, cellular, molecular, computational, clinical, or cognitive neuroscience and related interdisciplinary fields.
- Provide high‑quality teaching and mentorship to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, and contribute to institutional service.
Required profile
- Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in neuroscience or a closely related quantitative, biological, medical, or social science field, with a strong publication record.
- Demonstrated ability to secure external funding and a clear vision for an innovative research agenda.
