Territory Manager - Cardiopulmonary

About the role

LivaNova, a global medtech company, is hiring a Territory Manager for its Cardiopulmonary business, based in Istanbul, Turkey and covering the Marmara region. This is a field-based commercial role driving business growth through relationships with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare professionals, including product training and support in the operating room.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the territory, achieving revenue, sales and pricing targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, perfusionists, anesthetists and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide operating room support, product demonstrations and technical assistance.
• Deliver product training so customers use LivaNova's Cardiopulmonary solutions effectively.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan to find opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory budget, keep accurate customer and sales data, and represent LivaNova at trade shows and events.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Cardiopulmonary experience strongly preferred; alternatively, medical device experience with operating room exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, able to build long-term relationships and identify new business.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a territory independently and prioritise customer visits.
• Intermediate English is sufficient.
