About the role

The Business Intelligence (BI) Team Leader will lead the development and delivery of data‑driven insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making across the organization. The role ensures strong data governance, high‑quality reporting and proactive analytics to drive efficiency, performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement BI strategy aligned with business priorities and lead the BI team.
• Establish governance, standards and best practices for data and reporting.
• Partner with commercial, technical, finance, marketing and operations functions to translate business needs into actionable analytics.
• Oversee development of dashboards, reports and KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Deliver advanced analytics such as forecasting, product performance, market and competitor analysis.
• Establish data governance frameworks, ensure integration across systems and improve data accessibility.
• Identify gaps in BI capabilities, drive continuous improvement and promote a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, with proven team leadership.
• Strong business acumen covering commercial, financial and operational understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau.
• Data modeling, SQL and analytics tools.
