TMEA Commercial Support Specialist

About the role

Aviagen is looking for a TMEA Commercial Support Specialist based in Ankara. The role coordinates end-to-end commercial support across the Middle East and Africa region, linking customers, the commercial team, the supply base, planning, export, technical and quality functions so that orders are executed accurately, information flows reliably and customer service stays high. There are no direct reports and no formal budget responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage orders: create, maintain and revise order sheets, obtain customer confirmations, and coordinate with planning and export teams on requests, revisions and cancellations.
• Support the commercial and management teams with the annual business plan, five-year forecast, CFT and sales meetings, and act as backup for commercial support and reporting processes.
• Monitor credit notes and coordinate their submission for the MENA and SSA regions when required.
• Collect mortality and temperature logger data from customers for each dispatched order, coordinate its review with Quality teams and keep order details accurate in the Order Sheet Statistics file, SHaPS / Poultry Suite and other trackers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, respond to information requests and support commercial planning and business decisions.
• Identify process gaps and lead or support improvement projects, and perform other duties agreed with the MENA Business Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, economics, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial support, sales operations, order management, customer service, planning or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working across functions and with customers in an international or regional setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages relevant to the TMEA region are an advantage.
• Desirable: experience in the poultry, agriculture or animal health sector.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Desirable: experience with ERP, CRM or order-management systems.
• Planning, organisation, attention to detail, analytical thinking and clear communication.
