Trainer Specialist

About the role

The Trainer Specialist will support vivo's promoters across Ankara, delivering both online and offline training to improve performance and ensure product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Visit promoters in the assigned region following a set route.
• Analyze training needs, deliver training, and measure its effectiveness.
• Track training outcome statistics and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide orientation training for newly recruited promoters and monitor their performance during the trial period.
• Organize group trainings for employees of chain stores such as MediaMarkt, Vatan, and Teknosa.
• Visit stores to train sales staff.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Specialist in the telecommunications sector.
• Ability to drive a Class B vehicle.
