Trainer Specialist

About the role

vivo is seeking a Trainer Specialist to support its promoter network in Turkey. The role involves delivering both online and offline training, monitoring performance, and ensuring high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit promoters within the assigned region following a set route and provide on‑site training.
• Analyze training needs, deliver appropriate sessions, and measure their effectiveness.
• Track training outcomes and compile monthly and weekly performance reports.
• Conduct orientation training for newly recruited promoters and monitor their performance during the trial period.
• Organize group trainings for employees of chain stores such as MediaMarkt, Vatan, and Teknosa.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Specialist in the telecommunications sector.
• Well‑developed planning and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online training platforms.
• Ability to provide coaching to promoters to improve performance.
