Key responsibilities

• Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio
• Acquiring new customers
• Achieving training and certification sales targets
• Performing documentation management in accordance with accreditation requirements
• Following up on quotations, contracts, and after‑sales processes
• Developing sales activities through market and competitor analysis
• Preparing, developing, and organizing the documentation required for training activities
• Preparing and managing the training schedule

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant university department
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Quality‑oriented with a strong focus on customer expectations
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
• No travel restrictions and willingness to travel when required; residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
