Transformation Office Project Manager

About the role

DFDS is seeking a driven Transformation Office Project Manager to lead the execution of the Boost Framework within its Logistics Transformation Office in Turkey. You will act as the primary liaison between local operations and the global Transformation Office, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered with measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute transformation initiatives, guaranteeing on‑time, on‑scope delivery and clear business value.
• Serve as the local Transformation Office representative, coordinating Turkish stakeholders with the global team.
• Drive operational excellence and business optimisation across logistics functions.
• Maintain robust project governance, including planning, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and dependency oversight.
• Prepare high‑quality Steering Committee materials, executive presentations, decision papers, and regular status reports.
• Monitor project progress, benefits realisation, KPIs and value creation, providing transparent visibility to leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops and decision forums to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing processes and champion continuous improvement.
• Support change‑management activities to secure successful adoption of transformation outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, operational excellence, supply chain, logistics, PMO or management consulting.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional transformation or operational improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management and structured delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and facilitation abilities.
• Effective communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
