Transport Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Transport Planner to join our logistics team, supporting import and export operations and ensuring smooth transportation processes across air and sea freight.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up orders received on OTM using Power BI reports.
• Monitor booking and loading status of shipments and track AWBs/BLs via carrier websites.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI data.
• Check shipping instructions and related documents from suppliers.
• Track in‑transit shipments, investigate ETA changes and update the transport system.
• Escalate problems, inform customers of delays and host DDS meetings with regional planning teams.
• Control non‑value‑added costs and demurrage, performing root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in import, export, international logistics or supply chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience with air and sea freight operations.
• Upper‑Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as invoices, ATR, CMR, BL.
• Understanding of KPI preparation and root‑cause analysis.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office – Outlook and Excel.
• Power BI (preferred).
• Oracle Transport Management (OTM) (preferred).
