Travel Consultant – International Mobility & Visa Services

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Consultant specialized in international mobility and visa consultancy to join our hybrid team in Antalya. You will guide clients through end‑to‑end visa applications and travel planning, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clients’ visa applications and international travel processes from start to finish.
• Prepare, review, and verify all required documentation, identifying any gaps and communicating them clearly.
• Enter accurate data into application forms and track progress, providing timely updates to clients.
• Stay informed on changing visa regulations and destination requirements.
• Support client acquisition and sales activities through phone, email, and digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in visa or travel consultancy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
