Travel & Event Manager – French & English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Travel and Event Manager to join our Istanbul team. The successful candidate will manage international group projects from proposal to on‑site delivery, working with clients and suppliers in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and presentations for international clients.
• Manage project files from initial request through completion.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers in French and English.
• Request and compare quotations from hotels, venues, restaurants and other service providers.
• Prepare budgets, cost calculations and client quotations.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, activities, events and other project services.
• Follow deadlines, confirmations, payments and operational details.
• Support group operations and events on‑site when required.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• University degree.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, events or travel (not mandatory).
• Motivation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Team spirit and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to travel and work on‑site during group operations.
