Travel Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Travel Specialist to join our Head Office in Vadistanbul, Istanbul. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of domestic and international travel for our executives, ensuring smooth and cost‑effective journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and airport transfers for both domestic and international trips.
• Handle end‑to‑end visa application processes, including document preparation, appointment scheduling, submission, and follow‑up.
• Research, compare, and arrange travel options independently without relying on travel agencies.
• Maintain executives' travel schedules, calendars, and related meeting arrangements.
• Track travel expenses, process invoices, and keep accurate records in the company’s systems.
• Provide general administrative support, including office operations, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Manage travel changes, cancellations, and last‑minute requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in travel planning, coordination, and visa processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
