Treasury & Credit Risk Analyst

About the role

Pluxee, a global leader in employee benefits and engagement solutions, is hiring an analytical and proactive Treasury & Credit Risk Analyst for its Treasury & Risk Management team in Istanbul. This hybrid role focuses on cash flow management and yield optimization, while also taking full ownership of credit risk and collection management for a dedicated client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Treasury, cash flow and yield management: monitor daily cash flow and deposit balances, calculate interest yields on deposits, repos and money market instruments, run scenario modeling and yield analyses, and prepare treasury, liquidity and interest income reports for senior leadership.
• Budgeting and re-forecasting: take part in budgeting activities and build predictive models for cash flows, financial income and treasury items.
• Credit risk and portfolio management: own a designated client portfolio, track receivables and collections, monitor risk limits, aging reports and overdue balances, and work with Sales, Operations and clients on reconciliations and risk resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, financial analysis and/or credit risk and collections.
• Hands-on experience managing client credit risk and receivables portfolios.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for corporate and cross-border reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, and advanced presentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cash flow management, interest yield calculations and money market instruments.
• Advanced MS Excel, including financial modeling and formulas.
• Interest in AI, RPA and financial technologies with a mindset for process automation.
