Turkey & Greece Retail Training Manager

About the role

The Retail Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of all training initiatives across our stores in Turkey and Greece. Reporting to the Hub General Manager, you will coach store teams, create engaging learning experiences and ensure training drives business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one, classroom and in‑store training sessions and develop training decks for briefings.
• Act as the training expert for store teams, providing recommendations and solutions to meet business needs.
• Monitor and analyse training and business KPIs, identifying learning solutions that impact sales.
• Coach client advisors on‑floor, delivering feedback and modelling luxury service standards.
• Maintain product expertise, storytelling ability and stay current on fashion trends.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, assess training priorities and communicate project updates.
• Facilitate monthly district training calls and ensure content meets expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with a shop‑floor background.
• Previous experience in a training function or a role focused on developing others.
• Luxury retail exposure is a plus.
• Strong influencing skills, retail business orientation and analytical mindset.
• Experience with digital learning solutions and agile priority management.
• International experience with cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in English and Turkish; willingness to travel.
