User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Nativeminds to drive growth for B2C subscription products used by millions. As a User Acquisition Specialist you will manage paid campaigns, analyze performance and collaborate across teams to scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, conversion and retention to improve results.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and structured experimentation.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product and Data teams to enhance acquisition and subscription funnels.
• Develop and test performance‑driven creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Leverage AI tools and automation for analysis, reporting and execution.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing or Growth.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major paid acquisition platform (Meta, Google or TikTok).
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of key metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR and LTV.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
• Fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
