About the role
The Garson role at İtimat Süt Ürünleri is a full‑time, on‑site position in Çekmeköy. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and beverages while ensuring a professional and pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders, communicate them to the kitchen and serve meals and drinks promptly.
- Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow hygiene and food‑safety standards.
- Process payments, handle customer requests or concerns and coordinate with kitchen staff.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items and service procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café or similar food‑service environment is preferred.
