About the role
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury dining environment at Raffles Istanbul.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high‑quality service to guests, including accurate menu presentation and food‑beverage pairings.
- Handle guest complaints professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Operate POS systems with precision for order entry and payment processing.
- Respond promptly to special guest requests and ensure smooth service flow during high‑volume periods.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout service.
Required profile
