Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor directs and coordinates all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth distribution of raw materials, finished goods, equipment, and supplies for production and plant operations. This role combines leadership, safety compliance, and continuous‑improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and performance of warehouse associates.
• Maintain cGMP and safety standards throughout warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Support and deliver Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training to associates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Account Support, Quality Assurance, and Sales & Marketing to optimise service delivery.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, process optimisation, and automation evaluations.
• Write and update job instructions for warehouse processes.
• Conduct daily and weekly team huddles and provide feedback to staff and management.

• Ability to hire, train, and develop new employees.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift items over 50 lb throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2‑3 years of warehouse management experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation and training.
