Women's Health & X‑Ray Modality Sales Leader

About the role

This position drives commercial growth for Women’s Health (Mammo & BMH) and X‑Ray products across Turkey and Central Asia. You will work closely with regional leaders, distributors, and product teams to shape and execute sales and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue, order, and margin targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners, account teams and marketing to create and deliver product positioning, value propositions and campaigns.
• Manage the installed base, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide pricing strategy and compliance.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, represent the company at trade association meetings, and stay abreast of market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience selling medical, healthcare or technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience closing large, complex strategic deals and leading sales/marketing initiatives.
• Proven business‑management skills, including business‑plan development, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong influencing, networking and presentation abilities in a matrix environment.
