About the role

Join Bosch’s Power Tools Accessories team as a Marketing Intern, supporting daily operations and marketing projects. This on‑site role in Istanbul offers hands‑on experience in planning campaigns, analysing data and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily operational tasks and ongoing marketing projects.
• Support planning and execution of accessory marketing activities and campaigns.
• Prepare, analyse and follow up on sales, marketing and budget reports.
• Help with promotional activities, product launches and campaign processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on product‑related processes.
• Support order management and tracking through SAP.
• Monitor campaign results and produce regular performance reports.
• Manage POS material tracking and prepare marketing presentations and analysis studies.
• Contribute to market and competitor analysis activities.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master’s student in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curious, open‑minded and able to think outside the box.
• Result‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Available to work at least three days per week.
• High level of ownership and willingness to make an impact.
• Self‑motivated and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for order management and tracking.
