Accessories Designer

About the role

DeFacto is seeking an experienced Accessories Designer to develop collections that reflect global fashion trends and resonate with the brand’s target customers. The role involves close collaboration with product teams and regular market research to ensure designs meet cost and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor world fashion trends and attend international fashion fairs.
• Conduct store visits and market analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create accessory designs tailored to DeFacto’s customer profile.
• Identify suitable product ranges within each collection.
• Collaborate with the product team on cost considerations for designed items.

Required profile

• B.F.A. in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, especially in accessories design.
• Ability to create designs that suit the brand’s target customer group.
• Strong awareness of global fashion trends and experience attending fashion fairs abroad.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
