Account Director

About the role

This position is offered on behalf of a partner company and is based in Turkey. The role leads and grows a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers within a global creative services environment, owning the relationship from scoping through delivery, renewal and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationship for a portfolio of 5–10 enterprise customers, strengthening retention, expansion and executive‑level trust.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying upgrade, expansion and long‑term growth opportunities.
• Lead renewal processes and commercial negotiations in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers and Producers to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and maintain a high‑quality customer experience.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer issues, resolving challenges quickly while maintaining confidence and trust.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, marketing, digital or related environments.
• 3–5+ years in an account leadership position such as Senior Account Manager, Group Account Manager, Account Director or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing and growing enterprise or high‑value global customer accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or contributing to revenue, retention and account growth targets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
