Account Executive – Consumer Products

About the role

L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth for its portfolio of beauty brands in Istanbul. You will create and execute joint business plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with field teams to increase visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual joint business plan covering commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising, profitability and trade terms.
• Monitor account performance against the plan and adjust strategies as needed.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through joint business planning and business development meetings with the field team.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business or Commercial studies.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in 360° account management, team leadership and P&L responsibility.
