Account Manager – Customer Engagement Specialist (Turkey)

About the role

Exely is looking for a proactive Account Manager (Customer Engagement Specialist) to support hotel clients in Turkey. You will act as the main point of contact, helping hotels increase direct online sales and streamline operations using Exely’s SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Turkish hotel clients, handling queries and issues promptly.
• Monitor client performance, provide improvement suggestions, and conduct regular check‑ins and quarterly business reviews.
• Arrange up to 15 on‑site meetings per month and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Drive revenue growth by promoting direct online sales and supporting partners in achieving targets.
• Participate in local events, webinars, exhibitions and business breakfasts to generate new opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
• Advocate client needs within Exely, influencing product enhancements.

Required profile

• Based in Turkey (Ankara or Izmir) and able to work remotely while visiting hotels on‑site.
• Minimum 1 year hands‑on experience in account management, sales, revenue management or customer success.
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Willingness to complete a three‑month probation with product, support and analytics certifications.
