Account Manager – Hotel Revenue & Client Success

About the role

Exely is seeking an Account Manager (Customer Engagement Specialist) to drive revenue growth for hotel clients in Turkey. You will be the primary point of contact, helping hotels streamline operations and increase direct online sales using our innovative IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for Turkish hotel clients, handling queries and issues promptly.
• Monitor client performance, conduct quarterly business reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct up to 15 onsite meetings per month and support clients through remote channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve the customer experience.
• Participate in local events, webinars, and marketing activities to promote Exely’s solutions.

Required profile

• Based in Turkey (Ankara or Izmir) with ability to work remotely and travel for onsite visits.
• Minimum 1 year experience in account management, sales, revenue management or customer success within hotels, OTAs, hotel‑tech, e‑commerce or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English, proactive relationship building, and solid analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ticket/help‑desk systems such as Zendesk, Omnidesk or Jira.
