Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our client in the FMCG industry, handling key customer relationships and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare joint annual business plans for assigned customers and ensure implementation.
• Manage agreement processes during annual contract periods, including preparation and planning.
• Establish effective relationships with customers and oversee all sales processes.
• Prepare and report annual sales planning for assigned customers.
• Monitor customers’ collection performance and ensure timely payments.
• Track stock‑sales balance and coordinate actions with relevant departments.
• Handle customer return processes in coordination with relevant teams.
• Plan and manage periodic customer order appointments for regional and international showrooms.
• Prepare monthly visit plans and complete required documentation on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of customers, market dynamics, and requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficient use of MS PowerPoint.
