Account Manager

About the role

Sufle is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to serve as the first point of contact for customers, building long‑term relationships and supporting the growth of its cloud and DevOps services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships, understand client needs, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions.
• Track customer feedback, support contract renewals, invoicing, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Stay updated on AWS services and industry trends to provide relevant insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, sales or business development within a technology environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and a quick learning mindset.
• Ability to obtain AWS certifications after training.
