Account Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

This full‑time Account Manager – Key Accounts position at egaranti is a hybrid role based in Istanbul, offering some flexibility to work from home. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, delivering performance updates, and resolving issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct business reviews, support contract negotiations, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing key accounts and long‑term client relationships.
• Strong business planning abilities, including goal setting and performance tracking.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate growth insights.
• Excellent customer service orientation with problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder presentations and cross‑team collaboration.
